- Login to https:\\Portal.office.com
- Go to Calendar
- Select Options
- Select Publish Calendar
- Copy the ICS address
- Paste the ICS Address into the email and send to the person who will be opening the shared calendar on their IPad.

- Open the email with the ICS URL
- Click on the URL
- In the pop-up, click Subscribe
- Open your calendar and click “Calendars” at the bottom
- Rename the new calendar to a more recognizable name.
